What happens if my flight is delayed?

In case of delays, we meet your immediate needs (refreshments, meals) and provide you with a hotel room if necessary.
A long delay is defined as:
- 2 hours or more for flights of 1,500 km or less,
- 3 hours or more for flights between 1,500 and 3,500 km and for all flights of 1,500 km or more within one country,
- 4 hours for all other flights of more than 3,500 km.
Outside of these circumstances, Air France cannot provide compensation. However, if your delay is over 5 hours, you may request a refund on your trip.
