Typhoon HAGIBIS heading Japan

Due to the expected path of Typhoon HAGIBIS over Japan, our flight schedule is disrupted.

Today, we have already cancelled following flights:
- AF292 on 11 October from Paris to Osaka and AF291 on October 12 from Osaka
- AF272 on 11 October from Paris to Tokyo-Haneda and AF279 on October 12 from Tokyo-Haneda
- AF274A on 12 October from Paris to Tokyo-Haneda and AF293A on October 13 from Tokyo-Haneda 

In addition, the flight AF276 on October 12 has been delayed from Paris. The arrival in Tokyo-Narita is now scheduled at 20h40 on October 13.
 
However, some other cancellations and delays may occur.

If your reservation is cancelled, we recommend not to go the airport if you don't have yet any alternative solution.

If you wish, we offer you rebooking options at no extra cost. You can find details of our commercial measures in 'Can I modify my trip?'

In the meantime, we would like to assure you that our teams are fully mobilized and will do their utmost to assist you and minimize the impact on your travel plans.
If you have a valid Air France ticket, issued on or before 11 October 2019, for an Air France flight departing from or arriving in Japan between 10 to 18 October, you can postpone your trip at no extra cost onto a later flight until 25 October 2019 included.

Save time by changing your booking directly online, in the "Your reservations" section of the website or in the mobile app. You can change your booking at no extra cost for the same travel cabin. You can also contact your travel agent.

You may also choose to postpone your flight to after 25 October 2019, change your country of destination or origin or cancel your trip. In this case, you will be entitled to a non-refundable voucher valid 1 year for Air France or KLM flights.

If your flight is cancelled or delayed by more than 5 hours and you decide not to travel, you can obtain a refund for your ticket by contacting your point of sale directly.
