The Trans Musicales brings life to the Breton winter!

Certainly Rennes is not Brest, but the Trans Musicales is indeed the flagship event of the Breton winter.

Taking place a one-and-a-half-hour drive from Nantes, the Trans Musicales has been one of the highlights of the cultural calendar of Grand Ouest since 1979. Resolutely focused on the discovery of new talents on the contemporary music scene, Nirvana and Lenny Kravitz, in their time, being among them, the ‘Trans', as it's affectionately called by regulars, happily mingles musical styles. Judge for yourself! Over the years, Arno, Stromae, Black Desire, Mano Negra, Justice, Les Béruriers Noirs, LCD Sound System, Portishead and The Fugees have performed there. The 38th edition, whose programming will soon be unveiled, should include some wonderful musical surprises.
