For more than 30 years, French chef Jean Joho has showcased the cuisine of his country through the surprising fresh reinventions of his fondest childhood dishes.

A feast in every sense and for all the senses, starting with the taste buds, subtly awakened by chef Jean Joho, a chef at the summit of his art. Highlights include the Maine lobster roasted in Gewürztraminer wine. The chef's Alsatian origins can be discerned elsewhere, including the restaurant's extensive list of 1,600 wines.

Perched high up on the 40th floor of the Chicago Board of Trade, the views are astounding. The quiet atmosphere of understated elegances is a welcome change from the hubbub of the city's eateries below.
