Missing Miles

Did you recently take a trip, rent a car or make a purchase? Still waiting on the Miles you earned to show up in your Flying Blue account? No need to worry! You have up to 6 months to claim your missing Miles.

Need to update your personal details, consult your Miles balance or manage your awards tickets? Log in to your Flying Blue account.
If you'd like to modify your name, title, date of birth, or e-mail address, be it to correct an error or change your status, simply send a message to Flying Blue customer service. Please log into the Flying Blue website and use the contact form (located in the FAQs & Contact us section). You may be asked for proof of your identity (copy of ID, French family booklet…).
