Monte Carlo becomes a fashion runway

Monaco now has its own Fashion Week showcasing not only style and elegance, but also the art of living in the sun, featuring the fashion world's most prestigious brands.

This glittering event is held at the Oceanographic Museum—because only a true architectural jewel could properly welcome the biggest names in contemporary fashion. Monegasque princesses—true icons of style—attend the Rose Ball or the Red Cross Gala in couture dresses, but Fashion Week is also a showcase for resort and swimwear. Rosanna Trinchese is the artistic director of Fashion Week and Irina Goudkova, founder and president of International Fashion Distribution, is its ambassador. The week's VIP catwalk shows and presentations will boost glamour quotient of Monaco even higher.
