Offer is open to Flying Blue members who are resident in Thailand.
Booking and travel period must be between 1st October 2009 and 31st January 2010.
Qualifying flights must all be in the same class, either Business Class or Economy Class
All tickets must be purchased under the same name, using the same Flying Blue membership number. The winner´s name must be the same name as on the boarding passes.
To qualify for prizes, members must send an email to mail.external.communication.bkk@airfrance.fr with their Flying Blue membership number, identification and flight details, proof of travel (copy of boarding passes and e-ticket printouts/emails) plus their choice between mobile phone OR laptop. All details must be submitted by 28th February 2010
Winners must choose between mobile phone OR laptop prizes in the category that they qualify for. E-bonus gifts will be allocated according to winner’s chosen prize.
All prizes must be claimed and collected by 31st March 2010 or else will be forfeited
Winners must present their boarding passes as proof of travel, along with a valid identification card or passport on the appointment date. If winners cannot collect the prizes by themselves, then a delegate may be nominated. Delegates must present an authorized delegation letter, along with both the identification of the delegate and the winner.
Winners who receive prizes worth more than 1,000 baht must pay 5% withholding tax.
Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value without advance notification. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Employees of Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and other parties involved with this campaign, are not eligible for prizes.
Offer is applied for paying adult ticket only.
Offer is not applied to reward tickets, non-paid tickets, child or infant tickets, or Air France and KLM staff tickets.
