If you wish to ask for a refund for your tickets, please follow the following steps. 

If you bought your ticket online at www.airfrance.com/rs

  • Paper tickets
    Cancel your reservation first, then send your refund request and your original issued ticket by standard or recorded delivery, to the following address:

Tickets purchased from an Air France agency

Request a refund from this agency (Air Francer agency or travel agency), and take your original ticket(s) with you. It will process your request in accordance with the fare conditions of your ticket.

In all cases

Remember to attach your original issued ticket to your request (unless it is an electronic ticket). We will process your request in accordance with the fare conditions of your ticket.
