With BlueBiz, managing your Blue Credits is easier than ever since 1 Blue Credit = 1 euro. Simply make sure that enough Blue Credits are in your account to cover your fare… and receive your BlueBiz ticket!

For example: you have earned 1,060 Blue Credits. You can purchase an award ticket at a price up to 1,060 €.
If you choose a round trip Milan-New York flight at a fare of €1,000 (tax included), you will use 1,000 Blue Credits.
The 60 unused Blue Credits remain on your account to be used for your next BlueBiz ticket!

Blue Credits may be used to purchase any type of ticket with AIR FRANCE, KLM, Alitalia and Delta Air Lines, no matter the fare or destination.

Conditions of use


BlueBiz tickets can be used for flights with AIR FRANCE, KLM, Alitalia and Delta Air Lines, or for flights with partner airlines, under the following conditions:

  • You can book your ticket up until 2 working days before your departure date.
  • For tickets with complex itineraries, contact to the BlueBiz Helpdesk at least 3 working days before the departure date.
  • All tickets must be completely purchased using only Blue Credits (including fees and taxes).
  • Blue Credits enable you to purchase tickets based on all public AIR FRANCE, KLM, Alitalia and Delta Air Lines fares available in the departure country.
  • Standard conditions corresponding to the chosen fare apply to BlueBiz tickets.
  • All change or refund requests must be made to local BlueBiz Service Desk.
  • Ticket change fees can be paid for by using your Blue Credits. In case of modification, please contact the local BlueBiz Service Desk at least 3 working days before your departure date.
  • It is not possible to change an itinerary.
  • For tickets bought with Blue Credits, refunds will be made by re-crediting the BlueBiz account with Blue Credits.
