As of March 31, 2014, we now offer 2 daily flights between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Stavanger, Norway. The discovery of oil fields in the North Sea transformed this city into the capital of the Norwegian oil industry. In just a few years, this picturesque port town has emerged as one of Europe’s major business hubs. Now known as the Oil Capital of Norway, Stavanger is also one of Norway’s most dynamic cultural cities and the surrounding area abounds with breathtaking natural wonders, including towering waterfalls and majestic fjords.

As of March 31, a new route will connect the capital of Brazil to Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. Brasilia is the 3rd destination in Brazil served by Air France. The country will soon host 2 major events: the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the 2016 Summer Olympics.

Régis Marcon: locally sourced cuisine in the Business cabin

Starting April 1, 2014 and for a period of 6 months, 5 exceptional new dishes crafted by Régis Marcon will be served successively on long-haul flights in the Business cabin.
From stewed green lentils with shrimp to free-range chicken with black morels, the triple Michelin starred chef passionately prepares natural, locally-sourced products to serve up deliciously authentic cuisine.
To share his unique excellence, Régis Marcon will introduce his culinary creations to Business class passengers on April 22, during a special flight to Tokyo-Narita.

Fly between Paris and Hong Kong in the A380

From June 9 to October 25, 2014, Air France will offer a daily flight from Paris to Hong Kong via the A380 (4 flights per week from May 27 to June 8, 2014). Air France thus becomes the 1st airline to connect France and the “Pearl of the Orient” by A380. Served for over 75 years by our airline, Hong Kong is the 2nd destination in China provided by the A380. On board, enjoy a unique flying experience and take advantage of optimal comfort!
