Your company can use or distribute its Points as it sees fit, regardless of who earned them.
A few examples
With 1700 Points you can already obtain a return reward ticket in economy class, round trip, for Bucharest-Paris-Bucharest
With a B class ticket, Bucharest-Paris-New York and return, you need 4835 Points to obtain an Upgrade Reward (in Z class, the next one up).
An additional baggage allowance of 10 kg on a Bucharest-Paris-Beijing flight requires 1500 Points.
