At the airport

Customize your trip to meet your needs with personalized services at the airport!

Transfers

Work with our staff to plan your transportation. A chauffeur can pick you up at home and accompany you to the airport or wait for your flight to arrive and take you home.

Baggage assistance and delivery*
Choose to have your baggage transported to the airport: we provide baggage pick-up and delivery services to and from your home. Upon your arrival in Paris, we can also have your baggage delivered immediately to the address of your choice.

Assistance at the airport
Take advantage of assistance from an Air France agent during your journey at the airport. For departures, arrivals and during connecting flights, our agents accompany you and help you complete airport procedures.

Do you follow a specific diet for medical reasons? With options like low-salt or low-calorie meals with no sauce, or meals suitable for people with diabetes, you can request one of our special meals for flights longer than 2 hours 35 minutes.

Want to enjoy a taste of fine cuisine during your flight? Choose one of our A la Carte Menus: Tradition, ”Une Sélection LENÔTRE“, Italia or Ocean.

On most of our long-haul flights in the Premium Economy and Economy cabins, our A la Carte Menus enable you to choose a meal suited to your tastes.


Tips for your trip

Passengers with reduced mobility can receive assistance all throughout their trip.
We take great care to ensure you travel under the best possible conditions. We prepared the following tips to make sure you arrive at your final destination feeling refreshed.
  • Choose layered and comfortable clothing.
  • Plan to arrive early at the airport, so you have enough time to reach the boarding area.
  • Drink often, but avoid carbonated beverages.
  • Walk around from time to time and try to do mini-exercises to stimulate your blood circulation.
  • Wear compression stockings to facilitate blood circulation.
  • Please remember to keep all medications in your hand baggage along with all other prescriptions from your doctor.
  • For travel across 3 or more time zones, adjust your sleep schedule by extending or shortening your nights several days before departure. Upon arrival, staying outdoors helps speed up the adjustment process. Avoid taking sleeping pills during your flight.
