Effective April 05, 2010 Air France is pleased to announce a waiver on transit visas for ALL NIGERIAN, GHANAIAN and INDIAN NATIONALS travelling via Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport to ANY DESTINATION WORLDWIDE provided they are in possession of a valid visa to their final destinations as well as a valid resident permit or a valid multiple visa from the United States of America, Canada, Japan or from a European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) country.
In ALL cases passengers must be in direct transit at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. Passengers transiting via Paris-Orly airport will need to get a Transit visa before departure.
This facility will ensure that Air France passengers will experience much smoother transfers at our Paris-Charles de Gaulle hub, enabling fast and comfortable connections onto Air France flights worldwide.
