Declaring a baggage incident or lost item

Did you leave any personal belongings or carry-on baggage onboard an Air France aircraft, in a waiting room or at a check-in desk?
Were you unable to locate your baggage on arrival or was it damaged?
We do our best to help you resolve these issues.

Lost item onboard Air France or at the check-in counter

As soon as you arrive at your destination, go to an Air France counter or to one of our agents. If you only notice your loss later, then contact the lost and found department in your country of residence.
 Remember to:
- give your first and last name, permanent address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address,
- give the date and place where you lost the object (flight number if appropriate),
- describe your lost property accurately

If you have lost your item in Kuala Lumpur International Airport

In order to find an item lost in the public area of an airport situated in KLIA, contact the lost property department of the airport in question:
