If you wish to ask for a refund for your tickets, please follow the following steps.

You have bought your ticket on this website

Electronic tickets

You can asked the refund by sending an email online. On the HomePage, choose the footer option "Contact us" then under the headinge "Requesting online help", choose from the scrolling options "Requesting a refund".

Produce your original ticket along with supporting documents to the same agency.

We remind you that only original documents are accepted photocopies or fax copies are not accepted, we advise you to keep copies of your documents.

In all cases

Remember to attach your original issued ticket to your request (unless it is an electronic ticket) along with any supporting documents needed (medical certificate, description of extenuating circumstances meaning you were obliged to cancel, etc.).
