Do you have a connecting flight?
  • If you are traveling beyond metropolitan France and Europe (Schengen area*), you will need to go through passport control before boarding your next flight.
  • If you are traveling within metropolitan France and Europe (Schengen area), you can go straight to the boarding gate for your flight. Check your terminal and flight times using one of the Air France interactive kiosks available 24/7.

If you need to transfer between airports, remember to collect your baggage first! Public transit and taxis are available to help you reach your departure airport.

* Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland.

You've arrived! Check the information screens at the airport to find the baggage reclaim carousel number for your flight.

If your baggage has not been delivered correctly, we will do everything we can to help you. You can submit a claim in several different ways:
  • At our Baggage Service at the airport
  • At an Air France interactive kiosk before leaving the airport
  • Online, within 48 hours of arrival
