Terms and conditions of pick-up/drop-off service
1. This complimentary service is available for Business Class passengers who have issued their tickets in India between January 20 and March 30, 2010, for travel on Air France flights until March 31, 2010.
2. The offer is valid in Bengaluru only for Business Class passengers flying from Bengaluru to any Air France destination and from any Air France destination to Bengaluru.
3. This service is valid only for passengers with confirmed adult fare tickets on Air France flights from/to Bengaluru. The pick-up or drop-off facility/service is available only in the limits of Bengaluru city and is subject to confirmation, availability of a vehicle and force majeure events. Air France may provide a premium car for the aforesaid service.

5. The booking request can be made until 1600hrs on the day before the flight departure.
Example:
AF191/01FEB - scheduled time of departure from Bengaluru is 0220hrs - Transfer can be requested until 1600 hrs on January 31, 2010
AF192/10FEB - scheduled time of arrival in Bangalore is 0035hrs - Transfer can be requested before your departure from CDG or by your associates in Bengaluru until 1600hrs on February 09, 2010
6. The booking request can only be made by e-mail.

For urgent matters, you may contact Avis car rentals on 9741350476. Sending a request for availing this Service by a passenger shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

9. This service cannot be combined with other promotions.
10. This service is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. This is a promotional service offered by Air France to its Business Class passengers without any consideration as an act of courtesy. Air France reserves the right without any liability on its part, to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms of this offer at its sole discretion without any notice at anytime, with or without notification and without assigning any reason.
12. This Service will be provided by an independent service provider. Air France will thus not be liable in any way whatsoever to any passenger or any other/third party for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, liability or expenditure, howsoever suffered or incurred (including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss), of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the service provided, (ii) personal injury, death and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the passenger as a result of use and/or enjoyment of the service; (iii) the exercise by Air France of any of its rights/discretions referred to in these Terms and Conditions; (iv) and/or any event of force majeure. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the passenger agrees to not to hold Air France liable for any losses, costs, claims, injury, death, damages and/or expenses caused due to an accident and/or damage caused to any property and/or person on account of any negligence on the part of the service provider.
13. This service is subject to Force Majeure conditions whereby this service or any aspect of it, may be suspended or cancelled on account of Force Majeure. Air France shall not be liable or responsible for any consequences, damages etc. arising out of force majeure which may cause a delay in the service or result in any other consequences.
14. In case of any dispute or difference regarding and/or on any matter/s relating to or in connection with this offer, the decision of Air France shall be final and binding on all concerned. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard, however the courts of Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
