Refunds

If you wish to ask for a refund for your tickets, please follow the following steps.

If you bought your ticket online at www.airfrance.in

Paper tickets - To be sent by post

Call Air France Sales and Service Center to cancel your reservations and then send your refund request along with your original paper ticket by standard or recorded delivery, to the following address:

Request a refund from this agency (Air France agency or travel agency), and take your original ticket(s) with you.

In all cases

Remember to attach your original issued ticket to your request (unless it is an electronic ticket) along with any supporting documents needed (medical certificate, description of extenuating circumstances meaning you were obliged to cancel, etc.).
