1. What is Internet check-in?
With Internet check-in, you can choose your seat and print your boarding pass from 30 hours* prior to the departure of your flight.

* 24 hours  for flights departing from or arriving in Mauritius, Lebanon, Hungary and Delhi.

You can choose your seat and print your boarding pass from 30 hours* prior to the departure of your flight.

3. What if I do not have a printer or my printer is not working?

If you cannot print your own boarding pass, you must collect it from a Self-Service Kiosk or the check-in counter at the airport prior to the Check-In Deadline for your flight.

4. Must I have to have an electronic ticket in order to check-in?

Yes. You can only use Internet check-in with an electronic ticket.

What is the identifier number?

The identifier number is either the number of your electronic ticket or the number you gave when reserving your flight. This may be a Flying Blue card number, a credit or debit card number, a passport or identity card, or a driver’s license number.

6. Where can I find my electronic ticket number?
The 14 digits of your electronic ticket are printed on your trip reminder.
7. Can I check-in with baggage?
Yes.
You can check-in on Internet even if you have checked luggage.

You may simply check this luggage at the “e-service – baggage drop-off” counter at the airport before the Check-In Deadline for your flight. If there is no “e-service – baggage drop-off” counter, then please go to the check-in counter for your flight.

Can I check-in for any destination?

Internet check-in is available for almost all destinations.

9. Can several people check in at the same time?

Yes.
Internet check-in allows up to 9 passengers to check-in at the same time, whether they are part of the same reservation file or not.
If they are not part of the same reservation file, click on the “add another passenger” button when selecting passengers to check-in and enter their electronic ticket number.

Can I check in a child?

Internet check-in for children is subject to some restrictions.
- If your child is under 2 years old you cannot use Internet check-in.
- If they are over 2 years old they may be checked-in through the Internet if they are traveling with an adult over the age of 18.

 

11. Can I check-in for my return flight at the same time as my outbound flight?

Yes, if this flight takes off within 24 hours of your outbound flight.
Please note: this service is offered on all flights except La Navette shuttle flights.

12. How much time should I allow at the airport prior to my flight?

- If you are traveling without baggage, you can go directly to the boarding gate prior to the Check-In Deadline printed on your boarding pass.
- If you have baggage, you must check it in at the “e-service – baggage drop-off” counter before the Check-In Deadline for your flight.

13. What must I do once I arrive at the airport?

- If you are traveling without baggage, you can go directly to the boarding gate prior to the Check-In Deadline printed on your boarding pass.
- If you have baggage, you must check it in at the “e-service – baggage drop-off” counter before the Check-In Deadline for your flight, then go to the boarding gate.

14. Where are the “e-service – baggage drop-off” counters?

“E-service – baggage drop-off” counter positions differ from one airport to the next.
Generally, they can be found near the check-in counters and are indicated on the screens behind the counter.

Can I cancel my seat once I have checked in on a flight?

Yes. If you are unable to board your flight on time, please call:
+33 (0)5 34 50 74 61 before the check-in deadline and type in the cancellation number that was given to you.
If in any event you are unsure you will board a flight, it is better to opt for check-in at a Self‑Service Kiosk.
