You can redeem accumulated Points anytime for rewards on Air France flights: tickets, upgrades (to experience the comfort of our Alizé, Business Class or First Class cabins) or excess baggage allowances. Your company can use or distribute its Points as it sees fit, regardless of who earned them.

- Choose from a wide selection of flights and reservation classes.
- Use your points to book and purchase reward tickets. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, these tickets can be modified subject to certain conditions.
Note: only the account agent is authorized to make Reward requests.
To process your request:
- Check that you have enough points using the charts
- Choose your Rewards
- Send us an email or fax with your Reward order
Rewards must be asked within a 10 working days period prior to your departure. According to availability, the reward will be granted to your company as quickly as possible.
