Air France KLM in the UK and Ireland
More than 450 people are employed in the UK and Ireland and work in the following different areas of the business:
The Sales Team The Sales Team strives to achieve and surpass sales targets in a cost effective way, and proactively developing relationships with our customers and growing sustainable business. They are either based at home or at our Head Office at Hatton Cross, just outside Heathrow Terminal 4.
The Commercial Team The Commercial Team, also at Hatton Cross, comprises Marketing, Pricing, Ticketing, Management Information, Customer Relations, and Press & Communication. Its function is to support the Sales Team in achieving ambitious revenue and costs targets.
The Support Team The Support Team includes Human Resources, Accounts, IT, Quality, and General Management. It works towards the optimisation of available resources through engaging employees', financial control and process improvement. These departments are also based at Head Office.
The Airport Team The Airport Team assists passengers in three key UK airports (Heathrow, London City and Manchester), and works closely with our franchise and handling partners in these and all other airports from which Air France operates in the UK and Ireland.
The Cargo Team The AIR FRANCE KLM Cargo Team, based near Heathrow, integrated commercial activities in October 2005. Now under one joint management team, both airlines are currently coordinating their operational systems and activities. Cargo roles vary from Sales to Claim Handling.
European Sales and Service Centre The European Sales and Service Centre, based in Wembley, provides a direct sales channel to customers in 15 countries for both Air France and KLM products. Through the development and engagement of its employees, its objective is to deliver quality and efficient customer service to both private customers and travel agencies.
