Air France at Terminal 4 in a nutshell:

• Premium check in area dedicated to SkyTeam: First, Business, and Premium Economy customers, as well as Sky Team Elite and Elite Plus card holders.
  On 300 square meters find 14 check in desks and 10 self-service kiosks, together with a comfortable and stylish seating area
• Fast track access is available for Business Class customers.
• 30 self-service kiosks in the Economy check in area
• With 1600 square meters on 2 levels, the SkyTeam lounge boasts 300 seats, one VIP room, quiet room, and an extended Wellness Centre.

The lounge offers customers a superior experience with luxurious amenities on two levels.

Business class passengers and other eligible passengers can enjoy access to the lounge from 5:00am until the departure of the last flight.

Features include on the first level:

• Complimentary food and beverage service throughout the day.
• Wine bar
• Wellness Centre providing showers, Oxygen bar and Massage chairs
• Opening Autumn 2011 – Clarins treatment rooms.
• Free Wi-Fi Internet access

The second level of the lounge occupies, like the first floor, more than 800 square metres, increasing the total capacity to 300 seats. This level provides visitors with:

• A large VIP room

1. First, Business class Customers flying on one of the SkyTeam carriers operating out of T4 (i.e.: KLM, Delta Air Lines, Kenya Airways)

2. Customers departing on a SkyTeam flight who hold an Elite Plus Frequent Flyer card such as:

• Air France and KLM – Club 2000 – Club 2000 Skipper -Flying Blue Platinum, Flying Blue Gold.
• Delta Air Lines – SkyMiles Diamond Medallion, Skymiles Platinum Medallion and Skymiles Gold Medallion
• Kenya Airways – Platinum and Gold Flying Blue cards.
