With AF Connect, we'll promptly contact you by phone, email or SMS to keep you informed of flight delays, cancellations or gate changes, as well as delays in baggage delivery. When necessary, we'll also offer an alternative solution (new time, new flight, etc.).* This free 24/7 service does not require prior registration.

* From 14 days before your departure on a flight provided by Air France, HOP!, Air Corsica or CityJet. For Air France flights operated by a SkyTeam member, we will contact you up to 3 hours before your flight's departure time.

When booking your flight, please provide the mobile phone number and e-mail address that you will be using during your trip. Wherever you are in the world, before, during or after your trip, we will be able to contact you immediately.
