The Air France transfer counter

At Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly Ouest, you will find Air France Transfer counters. Our staff is available to answer your questions, issue your boarding pass (if you did not check in all the way to your final destination), and help if you missed your transfer flight.

Our Self-Service Kiosks are available in the transfer and connecting areas. They enable you to:
  • check in and receive your boarding pass if it was not given to you upon your original departure or if you missed your scheduled transfer,
  • consult the boarding gate and your boarding time.

Administrative formalities

Your baggage

In most cases, your baggage is checked in all the way until your final destination, so you do not have to worry. However, if you change your airport, you must collect your baggage from the conveyor belt and follow the “baggage reclaim” signs and check them in again at “baggage drop-off” of the terminal or departure lobby.
If you arrive by train, you must check in your baggage at the counter marked “baggage drop-off”.

Personalized services at the airport

During your layover at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, you can benefit from individual assistance throughout your connection.
