2.If you purchase tickets through Air France Call Centre or an Air France City Ticket Office, inform the agent to enter your account number directly in the reservation file.

3.For tickets purchased through a Travel Agent, forward these booking instructions to your agent to ensure automatic point credit. By entering your VoyageurRewards account number and ticket number into all Air France bookings, your account balance will quickly grow and bring your Company closer to reward tickets and upgrades.

- REPLACE SME00000 with the actual 5-digit VoyageurRewards Account Number.
- Each passenger´s ticket number must be entered separately into an OSI field (including conjunction tickets).
- Avoid symbols like " - "or " / " within the ticket number, as they will make it impossible to credit points to the VoyageurRewards account.
- The VoyageurRewards Account Number and ticket number are not required at the time of booking, but must be entered into the booking before flight departure for automatic point credit. If this is not possible, fax a copy of the passenger ticket receipt to 04-602 54 55 (Dubai) or 02-621 74 99 (Abu Dhabi) within 3 months of the date of travel for retroactive flight credit.

- All employees of the Member Company share the same VoyageurRewards account number.
- VoyageurRewards allows a Member Company to earn valuable points when employees fly Air France.
