Air France will refund the difference in price between the 2 tickets, along with a bonus of AED 250 if, after buying a plane ticket on airfrance.ae, you find a less expensive ticket:

• by at least AED 50,
• on another Internet site in United Arab Emirates,
• within 24 hours of your booking on airfrance.ae,
• for an identical flight, itinerary and booking class.

Please note: the refund of the ‘price difference' and the AED 250 bonus are to be used on a subsequent trip.

Remember to send us your refund request before midnight on the same day you bought your ticket on airfrance.ae.
